Established in 2014 by Kim Alderwick and Shane Miller, The Miller Gym welcomes people of all ages and levels of fitness. Our clients range in age from 12 to 87 and reflect the beautiful diversity of this community. Some are high level athletes, some have never set foot in a gym before. Our individualized approach assures appropriate challenge for everyone.

It is our goal to provide instruction and programs for all our clients to safely develop their strength, agility, balance and confidence. Your program is tailored to you and your goals. We are not just trainers, we are coaches and educators, too, with many, many years of experience in our field.

For athletes interested in the sport of weightlifting, we offer expert coaching and superior quality equipment. We work closely with all our clients to ensure proper technique and progress. Using various systems of programing, our athletes advance to higher totals with a very high degree of safety.
