Established in 2014 by Kim Alderwick and Shane Miller, The Miller Gym welcomes people of all ages and levels of fitness. Our clients range in age from 10 to 84 and reflect the beautiful diversity of this community.

It is our goal to provide appropriately challenging programs for all our clients to safely develop their strength, agility, balance and confidence. Your program is tailored to you and your goals. Our instruction of the exercises is thorough. We are not just trainers, we are coaches and educators.

For athletes interested in the sport of weightlifting, we offer expert coaching and superior quality equipment. We work closely with all our athletes to ensure proper technique and progress. Using various systems of programing, our athletes advance to higher totals with a very high degree of safety.
